Migration of deployed PCUI applications from CRM 5.0 to CRM 2007 Web UI (CRM WebClient) technology. Implement applications enhancement and functionality as outlined in the below sections. General CRM functional and technical knowledge specially in IC, CM and Services areas Specific knowledge in the integration between IC and IVR systems and other channels such as ERMS, Chatting, etc. Programming knowledge and experience in the following fields: ABAP Programming BSP Programming CRM BOL Programming Knowledge and experience in CRM 2007 unified UI Framework Configuration and Enhancement SAP Workflow
