� To ensure overall supervision (at Daman) of the inwards material from Vendors , sites & outward of material to sites as well as to vendors for repairing. � Controlling of inventory at Daman as well as sites level. � Ensure that vendor rejects are returned timely to vendors. � Well conversant with material module in SAP. � Ensure that all MM masters are properly maintained and reviewed at periodic intervals. � To coordinate with Accounts Dept. in clearance of GR/ IR. � To have overall responsibility for the stock takes on a quarterly basis and eventually put in place a perpetual inventory system. � To ensure that scrapping of material, if any is properly approved and in line with procedures contained in on the SOP. � To proper control on shelf life items. � Tracking of damaged items stocks. � Timely stocks update to help procurement deptt for proper planning. � Continuous follow up with procurement deptt for timely convergence of materials.
