Instead, services are primarily provided by the subsidiaries of Deloitte LLP, including:Deloitte & Touche LLPDeloitte Consulting LLPDeloitte Financial Advisory Services LLPDeloitte Tax LLPThe role of the Talent Acquisition Reporting Analyst is to analyze and respond to all Talent Acquisition RMS reportingrequests.day to day responsibilities include participating in status and update calls, tracking, escalating and resolving outstanding issues, working closely with the US-based TalentReporting team.A deep understanding of Technology - SAP BW, Business Objects in general, and specifically Access and Excel macro skills also required.Responsibilities:As a Analyst/team member with the India Talent Technology Reporting Team the responsibilities include:Helping the team interpret requests and determining the best method for accessing the information/dataResponding to new report requirements as needed for the firm (standard and ad hoc reporting, analysis) Participating on status calls and giving updates - escalating and resolving technical issuesCollaborating with the US-based Talent Reporting team to develop the best technical solution for reporting needs, design and create reports, and then develop the optimum solution for production of the reports Identify any data integrity issues and work with India Recruiters to resolve and ensure expectations are met in regards to accuracy, completeness and overall quality of data. Reviewing and auditing the work completed by the recruiters in RMS - working closely with Talent Acquisition Leadership to ensure data in RMS is accurate and in reportable format. Other Activities: Participate with team members during problem-solving workshops (e.g., process flow, data issues, etc.)If needed, act as a liaison to manage client expectations about the type of information available, the complexity of the data request, and when the results can be receivedDetermine if confidential data can be released to client requesting the data.Assist with requests as neededPost content to internal web pages Desired Profile 1. Education requirements: Bachelor's degree and/or at least 2 years experience in Human Resources or Information Technology2. Necessary Prior Experience: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)At least one year of experience with any report building software (i.e. Crystal reports or Business Objects)At least one year of experience with Microsoft AccessExperience with an Applicant Tracking System a plus (i.e. Taleo/Recruitsoft, Resumix etcSAP & SAP/BW experience preferredRequired Specific Skills:Ability to work virtually with team members and clients abroad, Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills, Proficient in the English language (written and oral) Experience :1 - 2 Years Industry Type: Recruitment Role: HR Exec.
