B.E. / BTech in Cement background with well exposure in product Quality Control & Lab Exp. Job Description
� Obtaining Random cement Samples from all over India, testing at Mumbai Laboratory & organizing testing at other labs & compiling of all data.
� Monitoring PP bags of testing received by ACL all over India. Testing of PP Bag in Mumbai Laboratory.
a. Coordinating test reports from PMM every month & reviewing the same.
b. Coordinating two random samples from all plants & testing them at 2 different locations.
c. Benchmarking � Sample collection from CPO once in quarter & testing the bags in Mumbai � Andheri Lab.
d. Quality & Colour complaints � Coordinating with all regions (CSG & Marketing).
� Coordinating & compiling benchmarking data of mortar and concrete for various location & regions & monthly report preparation to the MD / BH / MNC head.
� Daily Monthly Monitoring quality of product as per All India level AQP data.
� PPM Coordinator (South & West).
� Microfine material trails & mix design of HPC (High Performance Concrete)
� Distribution of Technical Publications / Papers as per mailing list (All India) & update data.
� Technical papers for conference.
� PC coordination with Holcim for all regions.
� SAP related work (making PR & SES) for department.
