SAP Team Manager Required at Novartis

JOB DESCRIPTION This position resides within the Enterprise Services ERP Team and is based in Hyderabad India. The ERP Team is part of the Information Technology organization and is responsible for the deployment and maintenance of Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics Global SAP system supporting sites across Europe, US and Asia-Pacific. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES The SAP Team Manager is responsible for managing the SAP team based in Hyderabad India to deliver business value in regards to steady state support as well as enhancements and projects. Monitoring of SLAs. Works with internal customers, external consultants, IT staff and other stakeholders to plan, budget and resource initiatives. Responsibilities include projects/enhancements delivery, oversight and reporting for requested project and tasks including all aspects of business analysis, development of requirements, system design and coding and system implementation. Responsibilities include vendor management, and seeking out new and innovative solutions. Local site responsibilities include operational & logistical oversight of India Enterprise Services Team in support of global IT Functional Managers (Content Mangement, CRM, BI, ERP) KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Individual should possess the ability to motivate others. Should possess strong business and system analytical skills. Ability to work under deadline pressure and a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must possess the ability to express complex technical and business concepts in terms appropriate audiences with varying knowledge and skill levels
