� Design, blue printing and configuration for SAP- SD module for JSPL, JPL, and other subsidiaries of JSPL. � QA and Testing for SAP Module across the group companies. � Provide SAP solution for SAP � SD module solutions/workarounds to business problems. � Trouble shooting for SAP- SD module. � Create and maintain Business blue print, process maps, SOPs for SAP. � Document control for SAP- SD module. � Approving the SAP � SD module configuration and Production. � Assist Program Manager/ Change Manger by providing timely solutions in SD module. � Trains, hand holds and mentor SAP � SD module implementation team. � Ensures and skill updation & training of users across the group companies for seamless implementation of SD module.
