Job Description
Provide SAP Functional expertise in the respective Functional area (FICO, MM, SD, PP, PS, HR Payroll, CRM Opportunity Management & Sales) and Technical Area (ABAP)
� Analyze business requirements (AS-IS, TO-BE processes), map to SAP functionalities, develop solution alternatives, configure prototype scenarios, demonstrate and validate with customer, and document the Blueprint
� Complete the Configuration including cross-functional co-ordination with other team members
� Provide Functional specs to Technical team members for all types of developments and develop solutions to integration issues
� Develop Test scripts, conduct Unit testing and Integration testing of the configured scenarios
� Develop User Training manuals
� Train the users to use the application appropriately
� Support the users � Understand, Analyze, provide solutions, apply corrections, and document solution to all problems raised by users
� Update knowledge and conduct training sessions for the Team
� Mentor junior consultants in consulting, business and soft skills
Skill Requirements :
� Good Domain knowledge of the respective functional area- Generic processes followed, industry specific variants, and pain points
� Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
� Good knowledge of SAP features and functionalities for the respective module
� Ability to configure and customize the package for different scenarios
� Should have excellent communication skills and Process consulting skills
� Must be able to work as a team player whilst maintaining ability for autonomous accountability
� Good knowledge of statutory requirements in India � Taxation, Import/Export requirements
� CIN is a must and experience in Indian payroll is required
