5 years of minimum SAP Basis experience � Previous implementation and upgrade experience � Both ABAP and Java NetWeaver stacks, including installation, upgrade, troubleshooting, and patching � Detailed BASIS Experience in at least three of the following (ERP / CRM / PI / EP / BI / Solution Manager) � General understanding of the full spectrum of hardware and software Infrastructure; including the underlying dependencies and implications � Proficient in a DBMS product (Preferably DB2 or Oracle) � Experienced in systems installations, migrations and systems copies � Intermediate Unix skills including understanding scripting � Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills on highly complex problems � Multiple installs and support on SAP systems based on AIX with DB2/UDB
