Job Description

2 - 6 years work ex after CA , ICWA , NEED EXPERIENCE IN SALES ACCOUNTING

Experience 2-4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Accounting, Receivable Management and Statutory Compliances related to Indirect Taxation

Reporting To Senior Manager � Finance & Accounts

Responsibilities 1. Close monitoring and internal controls on discounts / commission / incentives etc. to ensure the benefits reaching retail customers

2. Adherence to organization's internal governance policies

3. Monthly analysis of Regional Marketing Variable Cost in line with company policy and random verification of same in person at dealerships

4. Verification of dealer's spending on advertisements / communication / displays etc. on product and customer schemes where such costs are on sharing basis with company

5. Market intelligence such as competitor's price analysis, schemes, discounts, etc

6. Verification of documents related to financing to customers

7. Analysis of credit exposures of dealers; stocks vs. company's outstanding, channel funding aspects, etc

8. Ensuring timely collections from customers to reduce the receivables.

9. Customer Account Reconciliations

Others Responsibilities:

1. Periodic audit of Finished Goods / Float Parts kept in the region

2. Ensuring statutory compliances such as VAT / Sales Tax, Service Tax, Professional Tax, Shop and Establishment Act etc. at region. Including coordination on assessments etc

3. Implementation of Corporate Governance policies at region

4. Audit of Institutional Sales related activities
