Position: Executive Accounts

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

• 2 + years of experience in handling all aspects of Accounts, General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets.

• Processing the vendor bills, chqs and cash entries Preparation & Analysis of Daily Reports ,

• Analysis of various new products launched in the markets.

• Preparation of Zonal Profit & Loss a/c of all the zones on monthly basis.

• Various Ad hoc analysis as per corporate requirement & circle requirement.

• Preparation & Analysis of Weekly Reports: e.g Weekly Revenue Projection.

• Zonal Analysis on weekly basis.

• Preparation of monthly MIS reports as per management information requirement purpose.

• Bank Reconciliation.

• Cash Reconciliation

• Handling TDS & Service Tax pertaining to Branch

• Handling accounts, work exposure in SAP, Any other specification
