Planning Engineer Required @ Bisazza India

The person in-charge will be the key member of supply chain and will have to take care of planning activities related to production, logistics and timely delivery of finished goods to the Customers with co-ordination with national and international branches Duties and essential job functions:1. Production Planning supervision, scheduling for production, preparing production schedules for manufacturing in co-ordination with Production Departments2. Making sure each operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders3. Analyzing production specifications and plant capacity data and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes4. Check the availability of the finish products and reply to the query to our branch office5. Planning and scheduling workflow for each production department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times6. Determining the status of assigned projects, expedite operation that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions7. Preparing various production reports for the Management8. Analyze and interpret Bill of Material to determine the content & plan manageable work elements9. Monitor, analyze & report performance to schedule of production and production support activities, utilizing information derived from material and production control systems10. Ensures all parties are fully aware of production status and that work planning and execution objectives are integrated & communicated11. Coordinates and interfaces with Purchase Department for the placement of purchase orders and/or delivery of material on time to meet predetermined production and delivery deadlines12. Coordinate the resolution of complaints received from customers and co-ordinate to find the reason and convey the same to concerned Production Department for future reference13. Initiate replacement orders for lost, damaged or discrepant material14.
