The quotes to be sourced at best in market rates, to be provided accurately and as per the Turn Around Time SLAs. The role requires extensive interaction with Global suppliers and requires commercial understanding and negotiation skills Communication with various departments of the Sales, Pricing, Provisioning and Operations departments Job Description 1. Ensure turnaround of Pricing requests within set deadlines and SLAs2. Liaising with carriers on a daily basis to ensure deadlines are being met3. Ensuring pricing is accurate and valid at time of quote 4. To become a 'centre of excellence' regarding carrier pricing, pricing databases and processes5. Proactively keep all stakeholders up-to-date on the progress of pricing requests 6. To respond immediately to any requests escalated.7. To perform against all key performance indicators including the Turn Around Time SLA Matrix.8. Provide administrative support and analysis reporting as required9.
