Designation: Executive - Customer Support - 2 Opening(s) Job Description: Primary: Ensure adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures for the Sales Process Ensure efficient booking of the properties by facilitating accurate documentation Ensure timely receipts and scrutiny of the documents required for booking, allotment / supplementary allotments and agreement creation from the customers Facilitate the receipt of payments - wire transfer, cheque and liaise with Accounts for facilitating the receipt Ensure maintenance & upkeep of Customer & Sales data in the ERP system - Record information in the SAP system - Capture Prospect, Customer & Sales related data - Update the payment information in the ERP system Track And follow up for the payments & documents that are due from the Customers - Prepare demand letters to the Customers with the previous receipts - In case of discrepancies or defaults, provide information to the Assistant Managers to decide on further action
Preparation of Monthly/weekly Reports - Prepare proper estimation of fund flow on monthly basis - Preparation of outstanding statement of flat owners Secondary:
File and maintain all documents pertaining to Sale
Co-ordinating with bankers for initial approval of projects Co-ordinating with the clients for their Stamping and Registration process Keeping track of all documents issued and received from clients
Assist in providing the final possesion of the flat to the buyers - Ensure that all payments and interests due are cleared and all documents are cleared - Ensure satisfaction of the customer with tha hand over of the property Liaise with the brokers for follow up of payments, in case of broker generated sales - Ensure receipt of payments and documents on time Desired Profile: Bachelor in Commerce
