The Maersk Global Service Centers (GSCs) is a young entity in the Maersk Container Business. Our center team in Copenhagen is heading up the development and growth of the five Global Service Centers located in India, China and Philippines. The GSCs in India currently employs more than 4,000 colleagues under the name of "Maersk Global Service Centers India Pvt. Ltd."
As an integral part of the Container Business, the GSC organization plays an essential role in the pursuit of the overall CB strategy, in particular with regard to delivering the Best Customer Proposition and ensuring Cost Leadership.
The GSCs are established with the objective of delivering sustainable best in class quality and consistent service around the world with constantly seeking operational efficiency and driving process improvements.
