Job Description
Provide resolution to all requests/incidents following standard SOP wherever applicable.
Study and document the OTC portion of the SAP solution including SD, interfaces to FI/CO, MM, BW, SRM, and SEM.
Responsible for finding the root cause and provide solutions within the SLA.
Interact and provide insights to all other support teams.
Raise relevant problem ticket for frequently repeated incidents.
Ensure that the numbers of open incidents with the team are within defined thresholds.
Document and contribute to KEDB.
Impart necessary KT to new/other team members as applicable.
Provide inputs to team lead in areas of service improvement.
