Close monitoring and internal controls on discounts / commission / incentives etc. to ensure the benefits reaching retail customers Verification of dealer's spending on advertisements / communication / displays etc. on product and customer schemes where such costs are on sharing basis with company Periodic audit of Finished Goods / Float Parts kept in the region Ensuring statutory compliance such as VAT / Sales Tax, Service Tax, Professional Tax, Shop and Establishment Act etc. at region.
