5. Thorough knowledge on installation and configuration of High-End softwares

Job Description

1. Maintain the existing Windows , Citrix and VMware environment

2. Monitor the health of Servers and workstations, AV patch updates

3. Monitor the network performance on day-to-day basis

4. Installation of Software's & Applications

5. Attend and resolve user's technical problems

6. Provide remote support to clients and colleagues at US whenever required

7. Infrastructure (Network/Servers and desktops) maintenance on monthly / quarterly basis.
