Job Context & Major Challenges � Ensure Technology Infrastructure for SAP implementation Support Businesses in SAP Functional Modules across Sectors and locations � Assist Architecting and operationalising a centralized Support Desk and SAP competence center Setting up various processes during and post implementation � Functional : Financial Accounting & MIS Principal Accountabilities for this job level 1. Assist Businesses Implement SAP � Study and Understand Business � Be part of the Implementation team at site and ensure implementation is as per Corporate IT guidelines/Methodology � Project Management � Ensure implementation of services as per Scope of Work( SoW) � Ensure timelines thru use of technology tools e.g. Data Migration � Ensure project completion as per approved budget & time lines � Standardize ERP organization structure across Business/Company Sizing, evaluation and installation of Hardware jointly with GM Infrastructure Facilitating/writing proposals (cape) for ERP Implementation ( SAP). � Ensure implementation of High Availability technical Architecture Perform necessary co-ordination work to ensure IT Infrastructure readiness Rationalize customization requirements and stretch the product functionality Build a re-use culture   2. Setting up Competency Centre � Assist in setting up Support desk SAP Contract Admin � Impact Analysis and assisting Businesses in SAP upgrades � Assist Formulate Policies and guidelines for ERP Implementation ( SAP). � Facilitate standardization of Masters Knowledge Centre:Develop expertise in designated Domains/Modules � Assist in setting and ensure Implementation of processes for Data Archiving � Assist in setting and ensure Implementation of processes for keeping the solution contemporary � Technical � Functional � Assist in setting and ensure Implementation of processes for Product Support � Assist in setting and ensure Implementation of processes for Training to maximizing solution leverage by interacting with Users, Industry Peers,Technology partner etc � Conducting workshops � Extending scope with contemporary tools 3. Information Security/BCP � Assist in planning and execution of BCP and DR processes � Assist in defining and implementing access control procedures 4. Assist in preparation of SLAs/SOPs/Processes � Technology partners � Users
